Job Description

We're looking for a Scrum Master - Product Team who is driven and enjoys making changes in a fast-moving

environment. In this role, you will lead your own Squad consisting of engineers, product and designers. Your day

working includes planning, directing, coordinating, and monitoring activities of one or more project teams involved in

the analysis, design, development, and implementation initiatives.

Qualifications:

o Thai national

o 1 year minimum of experience as a scrum master or a software product management role

o Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline

o In-depth knowledge of Agile development and principles

o Outstanding communication, coaching, and leadership skills

o Proven track record of strong business and technical vision

o Advantage to have experience in team performance management: 1:1 session, performance review, coaching.

o Show great attention and empathy to team members.

o Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Team player with exceptional collaboration skills

Our Scrum Master:

o Has clear understanding of the company direction and able to communicate clearly across team members.

o Facilitate and support team - individual setup goal (OKR) and direction that align with the whole company

direction.

o Facilitate and support team - to prioritize project tasks and deliver high quality project according to the project

roadmap.

o Manage the product development team to deliver high-quality work in their responsible domain.

o Collaborating with different teams to deliver the best quality work.

o Manage and understand the business and technical requirement relates to web application and able to break

down tasks that individuals must complete.

o Motivate and inspire his/her team members to develop and achieve the great work.

o Provide mentorship and support the team to achieve their career goals.

o Review progress and continuously evaluate team performance to meet company standard.

o Maintain and improve company core values and culture to provide the best working environment.

o Involve in team expansion and scaling in a fast growth rate.
