Job Description

Main Responsibilities

An independent, systematic and quality‐focused leader with overall responsibility for driving business process excellence and value

Defines the enterprise Business Process Management (BPM) strategy, KPIs and principles

Collaborates with the Process Owners and business and technical teams to coordinate organisation wide business‐led transformation efforts and ensure enterprise focused

   process design

Defines and maintains the enterprise level process framework and architecture ‘asset’

Build and develop a process LEAN talent model (resource analyst pool)

Interface with the Data and Technology functional leads within the DAT

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 8‐10 years of business process design and business process improvement

Proven experience of driving continuous business process improvement of end‐to‐end enterprise business processes

Experience of driving adherence to business process governance and standards

Team leadership and team building

Experience in the energy sector or other asset‐intensive industries will be highly regarded


Competencies Technical (Functional):

Deep understanding of business process and business process improvement methodologies (e.g. LEAN)

Customer and Quality orientation

Strong senior stakeholder management capability across various functions and BGs
