Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow-related inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with existing systems and applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices, and recommend optimizations and enhancements as needed.


What you will bring in:

  • Strong experience working with ServiceNow, with deep understanding of its modules and capabilities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


Nice to have:

  • ServiceNow certification(s)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
