Are you passionate about project management and eager to work on IT projects? We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated IT PMO Analyst to join a dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) team.

In this role, you will support the smooth execution of IT projects by providing administrative, analytical, and coordination support to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist project managers in tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
• Documentation: Ensure all project-related documentation is organized, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Risk Management: Assist in identifying, tracking, and escalating project risks and issues as needed.
• Process Support: Help implement and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Meeting Support: Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions.
• Tool Management: Support the administration of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).

Qualifications

• Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident due to business needs
• Experience:
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT project coordination, administration, or a related role
  • Exposure to project management frameworks or methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Certifications: Basic project management certifications like CAPM or ITIL Foundations are an advantage but not mandatory.
