Job Description

Responsibilities 

• Achieve monthly individual sales target
• Perform acting duties in the branch office to manage the operations of the branch such as loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products to clients, branch administration, etc.
• Assist with day-to-day operational duties of the branch office.
• Manage collection activities including collect with customers on overdue loan repayments
• Carefully review the customer's information on loan applications.
• You shall be entitled to receive sales commission according to your sales revenue productivity.
• Set up and manage customer files including electronic files in a timely manner.
• Attend once a week meeting and make meeting minutes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

• With a minimum of 5 years of experience in loans sales or relationship management, preferably in the banking and financial industry
• Proven track record in loans sales, with a strong understanding in personal and corporate loans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Experience in evaluating loan applications and assessing credit risk.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
