We are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Executive/Sales Account Manager to manage and expand our client base nationwide. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with proven B2B sales experience and a passion for delivering innovative, high-performance building solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors nationwide.
- Drive sales growth through territory planning, lead generation, and opportunity management.
- Advocate for sustainable construction by promoting materials that reduce structural weight and environmental impact.
- Collaborate with a diverse team that values professionalism, continuous learning, and shared success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients.
- Present and promote products and services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and quotations to optimize sales and profitability.
- Organize client visits, establish new accounts, and conduct outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate records and manage client data using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Monitor and forecast sales performance to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Prepare and review weekly and monthly sales reports to track progress.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in the construction sales industry.
- Background in real estate or sales engineering is a plus.
- Proven ability to close projects and meet sales targets.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to a structured work schedule.
- Assertive, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Willing to travel outside Cebu for client meetings, presentations, mockups, and site visits.
