As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our network by onboarding new restaurant partners. This includes identifying prospects, initiating contact through various channels (e.g., cold calls, field visits, virtual meetings), and presenting partnership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new restaurant partners through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Present partnership packages clearly and persuasively to potential vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and vendor success.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, with performance incentives available.
- Act as a local market representative by monitoring competitor activity and gathering feedback.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on vendor interactions to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Candidate with Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mass communication or related area preferred
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in sales, business development, upselling and similar areas, preferably with field sales experience is needed for this position
- Good understanding of Sales Pipeline Management • Good communication skills. Preferably comfortable to speak in both English,Filipino, and in the local dialect in the area
- Open for fresh graduates. Preferably with sales experience through internship
- Open to do extensive fieldwork within South Metro Manila
- Persuasive and highly motivated to over-achieve sales target
- Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers/client
- Ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers/client
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is an advantage
- Self motivated team player with a proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and can work independently
