Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, recruit, and manage a network of dealers and resellers, providing ongoing support and resources.
- Drive business growth by enabling partners to meet sales targets and maintain focus on company products.
- Coordinate product training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to increase partner engagement and market share.
- Implement incentive programs to sustain sales momentum.
- Gather and communicate partner feedback to inform business strategy and product development.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including executives from partner organizations, customers, and vendors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary education.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel sales, preferably within a technology or hardware-related industry.
- Familiarity with structured channel programs and a mature partner ecosystem.
- Strong network of industry contacts at both operational and leadership levels.

- Proficient in business-level English, both spoken and written.
- Deep understanding of channel dynamics, including financials, operations, and partner motivations.
