Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst - BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, designing and optimizing data models, and creating visually compelling dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient BI solutions using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing insights to drive strategic decision-making.
• Optimize and streamline data pipelines and ETL processes for improved efficiency and reliability.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics best practices within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• at least 5 years of experience in data analysis and BI development.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar languages.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
