Role Overview:
Execute comprehensive testing and support digital transformation initiatives.

You will play a key role in delivering seamless user experiences by ensuring our systems meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within an agile environment to deliver high-quality digital solutions and connected data services.
  • Support and coordinate teams in executing Digital Transformation programs focused on enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
  • Develop, test, and maintain digital solutions to meet customer needs for acquisition and retention.
  • Perform end-to-end testing (functional, technical, and user experience) to ensure system quality and reliability.
  • Analyze customer experiences across multiple digital platforms, ensuring they are desirable, viable, and feasible.
  • Support change management initiatives to drive digital platform adoption and effectiveness.
  • Identify, document, and report software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies, tools, and methodologies.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident due to business needs 
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of software testing methodologies, including both manual and automated testing approaches.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, etc.).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and their application in software testing.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation, user experience testing, and data-driven decision-making.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
  • Knowledge of performance testing and tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
