This is a dynamic role focused on managing software budgets, tracking usage, and supporting license compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze software usage to ensure cost-effective utilization.
- Collaborate with the Digital Team to develop and manage software budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose software optimization strategies.
- Maintain accurate software license records, contracts, and renewal schedules.
- Support contract negotiations to secure favorable licensing terms.
- Provide expert advice on software asset management best practices.
- Deliver detailed reports on usage, budget tracking, and optimization efforts to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Commercial, Digital Finance, or Software Asset Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in SAM tools and data management systems.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience managing Oracle licenses is a strong advantage.
Nice to have:
- Certified in Software Asset Management (e.g., CSAM, ITIL).
- Background in financial analysis and budget oversight.
- Familiarity with software licensing agreements and compliance protocols.
