About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join a growing team in Japan. This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across target markets.
• Present and promote business solutions to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing a healthy sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and ongoing support.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling B2B solutions, business information services, fintech, KYC, AML, compliance, or risk-related products is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Business-level Japanese and English language proficiency.
