Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for contingent workforce programs and client stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and lead regular business reviews.
- Manage supplier performance, workforce governance, and program operations.
- Drive the effective use of VMS platforms, including requisition management, onboarding, timesheets, invoicing, reporting, and analytics.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, operational processes, and program documentation.
- Partner closely with HR, Procurement, Operations, and suppliers to deliver successful workforce outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese Haken regulations, Dispatch requirements, and the Japan Freelance Act.
- Monitor workforce metrics, reporting, program performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Resolve operational issues and support key stakeholder escalations.
- Contribute to strategic workforce projects and program expansion across Japan and APAC.

- Experience working in multinational or regional environments with multiple stakeholders.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred)
- Business-level English
Preferred Experience
- Managing large-scale contingent workforce programs.
- Supporting APAC or global workforce initiatives.
- Experience within multinational organizations or complex matrix environments.
- Workforce transformation, outsourcing, or supplier management programs.
- Exposure to Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, or Workforce Management functions.
