An exciting role for Engineers with a strong background in storage systems, who enjoy managing and optimizing storage infrastructure, and are passionate about ensuring data availability and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Storage Management: Administer, configure, and optimize storage systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Data Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions to safeguard critical information.
• Capacity Planning: Monitor storage usage trends and perform capacity planning to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues in collaboration with other IT teams.
• Security: Implement and maintain security measures for storage systems to protect against data breaches and unauthorized access.
• Collaboration: Work closely with network administrators, system administrators, and other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of storage solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for storage configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

• Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident due to business needs.
• Must be open for a 2-year contract.
• Proven experience as a Storage Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Hitachi storage systems and Commvault backup solutions.
• Proficient in storage management tools and software.
• Understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with data backup and recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of security best practices for storage systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
