Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand various technologies and facilities for conducting online and remote eLearning.
  • Provide expert design and recommendations for digital and online requirements.
  • Collaborate with Trainers, Change Managers, and the eLearning team to develop learning objectives, content, outlines, scripts, and multimedia screen animations.
  • Coordinate with different business units to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Design instructional materials such as CBTs, videos, dashboards, reports, presentations, and exercises to support change management and staff learning.
  • Produce prototypes and mock-up screens during design and development.
  • Develop scripts to translate traditional classroom courses into interactive learning modules.
  • Create and edit graphics, animations, audio, text, video clips, and other content as needed for courseware.
  • Construct courseware using storyboards, graphics, audio, animations, video, and text that fit into appropriate delivery formats.
  • Perform thorough testing and post-production work.
  • Evaluate user feedback to suggest design improvements.
  • Manage learning content and management systems along with other learning platforms.
  • Support and maintain project-related online sites and pages.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions on using learning content and management systems, if needed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Over 8 years of solid experience in digital media design, eLearning development, and implementation.
  • Extensive experience in designing and developing eLearning courseware and self-paced training.
  • Expertise in content authoring tools such as Camtasia, SnagIt, Sound Forge, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Captivate, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Articulate 360, Vyond, Powtoon, Canva, and related tools).
  • Knowledge in creating SCORM-compliant content that functions within an LMS.
  • Experience with cloud-based productivity tools (Office 365, SharePoint).
  • Proficiency in site building and administration tools like SharePoint, Wix, and WordPress.
  • Background in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Skills and experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Experience working with eLearning content libraries such as LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft/Percipio, and EdCast is an advantage.
  • Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Whatfix) is an advantage.
