Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Workplace Domain, specifically in End-User Computing (EUC) and Microsoft collaboration tools such as MS Teams, MS Exchange, and M365. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of workplace technologies that enhance collaboration and productivity. This is a unique opportunity to drive the adoption and optimization of key workplace tools within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze, document, and map current and future state processes for EUC and Microsoft collaboration tools, with a focus on MS Teams, MS Exchange, and M365.
- Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that enhance user experience and productivity in the workplace.
- Provide guidance on best practices for the deployment, configuration, and management of MS collaboration tools.
- Lead workshops and facilitate discussions to ensure clear communication between business users and technical teams.
- Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to assess the performance of workplace tools and recommend improvements.
- Manage stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the smooth adoption of new tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Workplace Domain, with a focus on EUC and Microsoft collaboration tools (MS Teams, MS Exchange, M365).
- Strong understanding of workplace technology trends and best practices.
- Experience working on large-scale technology deployments and change management.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and project management is a plus.
