In this role, you will manage and grow client accounts in Thailand, focusing on delivering tailored solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving profitable growth.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing account strategies while identifying new opportunities to expand the client portfolio. Your ability to build strong relationships, anticipate client needs, and stay ahead of industry trends will be key to your success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the annual planning process, driving growth and productivity within your portfolio.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing proactive account management and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and close sales opportunities, optimizing processes to maximize results.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals and profitability targets, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
  • Identify, validate, qualify, and close sales opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and insights.
  • Adapt account strategies in response to market trends, ensuring relevance and continued success.

 

Qualifications:

  • Native Thai speaker with fluency in English.
  • More than 8 years of experience in the IT services industry, including at least 2 years in services sales.
  • Proven track record in account leadership, consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to sustained business growth.
  • Strong strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills, with a focus on achieving results.
  • A continuous learner with a deep understanding of industry trends and technology advancements.
