You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will be part of a collaborative team to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective ServiceNow applications.

What you will do:

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
• Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Perform system integration and implement third-party applications as needed.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.

What you will bring in:

• Candidate must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident due to business needs
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience in ITOM modules
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• ServiceNow Developer certification is a plus.
