We're looking for an Airfreight Operations Executive to play a key role in managing airfreight shipments from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate airfreight shipments from client engagement through to final delivery.
• Manage client expectations and ensure all shipment requirements are met.
• Communicate and negotiate with vendor partners to align shipment costs with business goals.
• Process all shipment documentation and data through internal systems.
• Collaborate with global logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Handle billing and costing activities upon shipment completion.
• Prepare and deliver periodic reports on operations and shipment status.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident due to business needs
• Relevant experience in freight forwarding (Airfreight).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
