Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop, recruit, and manage a network of dealers and resellers, providing ongoing support and resources.
  • Drive business growth by enabling partners to meet sales targets and maintain focus on company products.
  • Coordinate product training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to increase partner engagement and market share.
  • Implement incentive programs to sustain sales momentum.
  • Gather and communicate partner feedback to inform business strategy and product development.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executives from partner organizations, customers, and vendors.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary education.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel sales, preferably within a technology or hardware-related industry.
  • Familiarity with structured channel programs and a mature partner ecosystem.
  • Strong network of industry contacts at both operational and leadership levels.

  • Proficient in business-level English, both spoken and written.
  • Deep understanding of channel dynamics, including financials, operations, and partner motivations.
