We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team.

The role involves:

Performing system analysis, documentation, testing, implementation, and user support for platform transitions.
Maintaining and enhancing computer systems through analysis and implementation.
Improving systems by adding new features and upgrading infrastructure.
Installing system updates to address vulnerabilities and strengthen security.
Developing diagrams and workflows to describe logical operational steps.
Collaborating with management to drive strategies and implement new processes.
Investigating system issues and implementing resolutions to reduce downtime.
Optimizing core processes to improve business performance and operational agility.
Gathering user requirements and performing gap analysis through design workshops.
Providing client support for system operation and troubleshooting.
Identifying root causes of problems and proposing appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a .NET environment
Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Solid understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and data structures
Ability to translate requirements into design concepts, process flows, and functional specifications
Knowledge of software engineering best practices
Able to work independently or as part of a team

Optional Experience

Familiarity with XML, Excel, and CSV data file processing and MySQL queries
Exposure to C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Microsoft SQL Database, and web services is an advantage

Working Hours & Arrangement

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Available for on-call support (depending on project criticality) with the flexibility to offset the time accordingly
