Purpose & Strategic Value:

The Sales Manager role is newly approved to support local growth in South Korea and drive the accelerated APAC strategy. The position is critical for expanding the company’s presence and achieving ambitious sales targets in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Sales Growth

  • Develop and execute customer sales plans aligned with global and local strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and ensure timely delivery of brand plans, assets, and support.
  • Generate accurate sales and demand forecasts to guide business decisions.
  • Manage budgets and costs in line with company procedures.

2. Enhance Market Performance

  • Monitor market trends and brand performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with distributors to balance online and offline business development.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to boost customer engagement and sell-through.

3. Identify New Business Opportunities

  • Research and develop strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
  • Engage with leads from trade shows and daily operations to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to influence company strategy.

4.Others

  • Lead assigned projects and coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure best-in-class retail presence and actively pursue improved shelf space.
  • Organize product training sessions for retailers and share market feedback with regional teams..

Profile & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in sales/account management, preferably in consumer electronics.
  • Experience with major CE retailers in South Korea.
  • Fluency in Korean and English; strong organizational and entrepreneurial skills.
